Familial hypoparathyroidism, Family history of
presents to the emergency department in January with a six-day history of a worsening productive cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, and high-grade fever.
His past medical history is significant for having measles and pertussis ten years ago. He is not vaccinated. His vital signs are blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, heart rate 110 beats/min, respiratory rate 24 breaths/min, and oxygen saturation 97% on room air.
